Since 2013, we’ve been helping individuals, families and small employers compare plans, apply for financial help and buy health insurance. For more information: ConnectforHealthCO.com Position Summary: Connect for Health Colorado seeks a strategic, collaborative, and systems-oriented Director of Product Operations to establish and lead a unified product operations function. This role will serve as the operational backbone of our product development organization—linking strategy to execution and ensuring teams have the processes, tools, and insights they need to deliver meaningful outcomes. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Director will design and oversee our Product Operating Model, which includes planning cadences, cross-functional coordination, portfolio reporting, operational excellence, and people leadership. This leader will work across Product, Engineering, Agile, Project Management, UX, Product Support, and Executive teams to align priorities, capacity, and delivery.
