About The Position

We’re seeking a highly driven and technically adept Director of Program Management to lead cross-functional initiatives in the fast-paced semiconductor industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, product development, and strategic execution—someone who can translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans and deliverables. You’ll be responsible for orchestrating programs across advanced packaging, ensuring alignment between engineering teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders. Assignments call for up to 5% domestic and international travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of capital equipment design, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication manufacturing environments.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing programs across time zones.
  • Background in capital equipment product development.

Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end execution of semiconductor programs from concept through design, validation, field test and production ramp.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, operations, field service, and supply chain teams to ensure program milestones are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify technical and operational risks early; develop mitigation plans and contingency strategies.
  • Schedule & Budget Oversight: Own program timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to executives and cross-functional partners; optimize cross-functional communication; escalate issues with context and solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Champion continuous improvement in program execution, leveraging tools and methodologies like Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure 3rd party deliverables meet program schedule, cost, and quality.
