The Director of Program Strategy & Integration is the organization’s senior program leader, responsible for architecting, integrating, and advancing all programs and services across the organization. This role serves as the connective tissue between vision, partnerships, systems, and execution, ensuring that programs are aligned, high-quality, technologically enabled, financially viable, and positioned for scale. In this part-time (30 hours/week) role, the Director will focus on consolidating and strengthening the program portfolio—bringing coherence to educational partnerships, workforce development, and program delivery models—while ensuring that technology, data, and systems effectively support program operations and outcomes. As organizational capacity and resources grow, this role is designed to expand into a full-time executive position, ultimately transitioning into Chief Program Officer within approximately 18 months. The ideal candidate is: A systems and strategy thinker who can see across programs, partnerships, technology, and outcomes A senior leader who leverages data and systems to inform program design and decision-making A relationship builder who operates credibly with school districts, funders, and ecosystem partners A program architect who designs for scale, equity, and sustainability A mentor of leaders, not just a manager of initiatives
