Position Overview: The Director of Programs provides leadership and oversight for all program operations to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with the organization’s mission. This role focuses on program monitoring, staff development, data integrity, and continuous improvement while supporting Program Directors and addressing resident concerns. Your team contribution: You will strengthen program effectiveness by mentoring Program Directors, monitoring outcomes, ensuring compliance, improving systems, and responding to resident feedback in ways that promote accountability, growth, and excellence in service delivery. You’ll be successful if: Program Directors feel supported and guided through mentorship and collaboration. Program data is accurate, timely, and used for improvement. Resident concerns are addressed professionally and consistently in alignment with Refuge For Women’s standard of care. Training and audits lead to measurable improvements in program quality. Communication across sites is clear, proactive, and solution-focused.
