About The Position

Are you a high‑level “player‑coach” who thrives on the direct execution of complex physician and APP searches? IntraHealth Group is seeking a Director of Provider Recruitment who is energized by the doing—from the first cold outreach to the final contract signature. Although the role carries a leadership title, this is not a people‑management or high‑level oversight position. Instead, you will function as the primary engine of provider growth across our orthopedic and PM&R practices. As the organization’s hands‑on recruitment expert, you will own the entire recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, guiding site visits, coordinating stakeholder alignment, and partnering directly with Physician Members to translate clinical needs into successful, high‑quality placements.

Requirements

  • A Dedicated Recruiter: You have at least 10 years of healthcare recruitment experience, with a heavy emphasis on the direct recruitment of surgical or high-revenue specialties.
  • A High-Touch Communicator: You are comfortable working closely with high-performing Physician Owners and can pivot between clinical requirements and business objectives.
  • A Market Specialist: You have a deep understanding of physician compensation models (wRVUs), Fair Market Value (FMV) compliance, and the Metro Atlanta healthcare landscape.
  • Present and Engaged: You value being on-site, spending 3–4 days a week at our headquarters or clinical offices to facilitate the "one-on-one" relationships that drive our success.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth Architect: You will own the multi-year and annual provider recruitment roadmap. By aligning with our growth objectives and succession needs, you will develop tailored recruitment plans for specialized Orthopedic sub-specialties (Spine, Hand, Sports, etc.) and PM&R.
  • End-to-End Execution: You will personally manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating site visits, and leading the negotiation of physician and APP employment agreements.
  • Pipeline Architect: You will proactively build and manage long-term relationships with elite Orthopedic fellowship and residency programs, securing a pipeline of upcoming talent for our 26+ clinical locations.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Using your expertise in Doximity, LinkedIn Recruiter, and specialized MSK databases, you will act as our internal "headhunter," identifying passive talent and reducing our reliance on external firms.
