Requirements

Current Washington State PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility
Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and PDPM reimbursement
Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
Confident communicator with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Passion for working with the geriatric population

Nice To Haves

Prior DOR or leadership experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Leading and supporting a team of PT, OT, and SLP clinicians (FT, PT, PRN)
Managing day-to-day therapy operations, scheduling, and staffing
Building strong relationships with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams
Participating in facility management and care coordination meetings
Supporting recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of therapy staff
Managing department performance, including productivity and financial outcomes
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, documentation, and billing requirements (PDPM)
Training and mentoring team members on clinical and operational best practices
Serving as a point of contact for patients and families when needed
Maintaining a clinical caseload (approximately 50% productivity, adjusted based on facility needs)
