Requirements

Degree from an accredited PTA or COTA program
Current licensure in the state of practice
Solid understanding of Medicare regulations, documentation standards, and ethical care
Prior experience in SNF, LTC, or post-acute care required
Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and performance of the rehab department
Provide direct patient care within your licensed discipline
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Foster team development, staff engagement, and a culture of excellence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and facility leadership
Ensure timely documentation and outcomes-based treatment plans
