Director of Respiratory Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent position
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM
Oversees all Respiratory Therapy services and programs.
Supervises staff, scheduling, workflow, and performance.
The Director of Respiratory manages department operations, budgeting, equipment, and quality compliance
The Location:
Located in South Central Nebraska
Maintains more than 100 acres of green space, public parks, trails, a skate park, aquatic center, indoor sports field house and racquets center
Not far from Johnson Lake which offers boating, fishing, and trails
Known for a welcoming small-town feel with affordable living and a strong sense of community

Requirements

• Valid RRT License
• Minimum of 2 years of Respiratory Therapist experience
• At least 2 years of relevant leadership experience
• Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program required
• Knowledge of respiratory therapies
• Equipment operation
• Basic computer skills for documentation

• Bachelor’s preferred
