The Clinton Presbyterian Community is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team to create a warm hospitality experience for all our residents, staff and visitors. The position offers a magnificent compensation package that includes commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all phases of the sales and marketing process to ensure that the community meets and exceeds budgeted occupancy
  • Manage sales and marketing efforts in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Long Term Skilled Nursing
  • Maintain point person for independent living sales and responsible for supporting marketing and outreach efforts for all service levels including short-term rehabilitation via innovative marketing plans
  • Having an exceptional understanding of Clinton and the surrounding areas is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in marketing & sales, preferably in senior living
  • Proficient computer skills, and experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience using a sales process.
