We are looking for a dynamic Director of Sales – North America to join our Boston hub and accelerate revenue growth across the region. Reporting to the VP Sales Americas, this is a high-impact, field-facing role. You will be responsible for closing key enterprise deals, building significant pipeline momentum, and refining our regional sales execution. This role is perfect for a high-performing enterprise seller who is ready to operate at a leadership level - influencing processes, driving accountability, and helping scale a high-growth cybersecurity organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales.
  • 1+ years as a sales team leader and/or manager.
  • Cybersecurity experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Deep understanding of security buying cycles and enterprise procurement.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, "scale-up" environment.
  • Highly disciplined approach to forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Based in the Boston area and open for a 3 days in office position.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against individual and team sales quota for new business.
  • Ensure team performance of pipeline and territory development tasks.
  • Drive consistency of best practices amongst team for established sales motions.
  • Navigate multi-layered procurement and legal processes for opportunities with team.
  • Build and maintain a robust, predictable sales pipeline.
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene.
  • Work closely with VP Sales to ensure forecasting accuracy of new business deals.
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering on deal strategy and technical validation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and lead-gen initiatives.
  • Work with Customer Success to ensure seamless new customer onboarding.
  • Identify new enterprise opportunities within target verticals.
  • Support channel and alliance activity in coordination with the field team and leadership.
