About the position

As a Director of SEO Marketing (Earned Media) at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by driving our digital presence, ensuring an exceptional user experience, maximizing consumer engagement and conversion, fostering collaboration with agencies and development teams, and implementing comprehensive digital, CRO and SEO marketing strategies that drive leads for the Company. This position oversees both internal and external teams and partners who must aim to enhance West Shore Home's customer experience, while also delivering growth in lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the website strategy for the Company, including all local branches across the country, and across multiple home remodeling product lines.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive website strategy aligned with WSH's brand identity and consumer needs to optimize user experience, drive engagement, and increase conversion.
  • Develop and execute a robust 6 to 24-month SEO and local SEO strategy and roadmap to improve organic search visibility, drive qualified traffic, and enhance our overall online presence.
  • Champion a consumer-centric mindset across all digital touchpoints, ensuring that consumer needs and preferences are at the forefront of website strategies and plans.
  • Lead CRO initiatives to continuously enhance website performance and increase conversion rates at every stage of the consumer journey.
  • Develop standard reporting to track website performance across company, product, and local branches pages.
  • Utilize data-driven insights, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis to optimize conversion funnels and drive measurable improvements.
  • Manage the strategy for landing page improvements to support improved local page SEO rankings and conversions.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on the performance of the website and key landing pages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing.
  • Prior experience of 5+ years managing local SEO strategy and roadmap to improve organic search visibility, drive qualified traffic, and enhance overall online presence of multiple local branch pages.
  • Prior experience of 7+ years managing website UX and strategy for B2C lead generation campaigns.
  • Prior experience of 5+ years managing teams accountable for executing B2C website, UX, conversion and SEO efforts.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead acquisition and nurturing goals.
  • Strong understanding of web development principles and experience working collaboratively with development teams.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Expertise in SEO best practices, keyword research, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
