Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required
- Knowledge of Medicaid and long-term care processes required
Nice To Haves
- LSW preferred
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct social services operations in a skilled nursing facility
