The Director, Strategic Partnerships will serve as the lead liaison between Mercer Advisors and key outside business partners, working closely with cross-functional teams internally to identify new opportunities, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, develop processes for lead generation & intake, and successfully launch new initiatives within our sales infrastructure. The Director of Strategic Partnerships must possess a unique skill set to succeed in this highly dynamic role. With a focus on relationship building, communication, and negotiation, the Director of Strategic Partnerships will play a vital role in driving revenue and expanding the firm’s reach.
