Average Day on the Job: The Director of Training is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and oversight of all organizational training programs. This role ensures training initiatives align with company goals, meet regulatory requirements, support employee development, and strengthen overall organizational performance. The Director of Training provides leadership to the training team, oversees curriculum development, and ensures consistent delivery of high-quality training experiences across the organization. This role evaluates and ensures operational procedures are updated, clearly written and effectively communicated to employees and management. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice. Work From Home: This position works in-office in Corinth, Texas for the first 90 days of employment. After 90 days, there is the potential to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. You will still work in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
