Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Value‑Based Care & Payer Performance position. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of healthcare strategies that enable older adults to remain in their homes and communities while receiving high-quality, cost-effective care. This role integrates analytics, coding, population health management, payor contracting, and value-based care innovation to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and strengthen organizational credibility in senior health services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree with certified coder designation in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in population health, value-based care, payor performance management, and/or senior health programs
