About The Position

As the Director of Off-Board & Infrastructure Cybersecurity, you are a key
executive leader within the Vehicle and Connected Cybersecurity (VCC)
organization. You are responsible for the security, resilience, and digital
integrity of the entire ecosystem that supports the vehicle outside of its
physical chassis. You are responsible for securing the "always-on" relationship
between Ford and its customers, ensuring that every digital interaction—from a
mobile app command to a high-speed Over-the-Air (OTA) update—is authenticated,
encrypted, and resilient.
You will lead a global organization of senior leaders and engineers across
critical security pillars. Your mission is to move security from a defensive
"gatekeeper" to a competitive advantage that builds customer trust and enables
rapid innovation across the global Ford Product Portfolio.

Responsibilities
