YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You oversee the Management Trainee Program with direct responsibility for trainee development You drive the implementation of new initiatives across the region You ensure training adherence and execution to maintain high performance standards You manage employee orientation and onboarding processes You oversee staffing and scheduling planning to optimize resource allocation including owning recruiting efforts in the region YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience and Training You have completed commercial or business management training/studies and have several years of experience in sales-related management positions, ideally as a location manager, operations manager, or area manager Motivation and Engagement You demonstrate independent and company-oriented action and a high level of self-motivation Reporting and Decision-Making You are skilled in creating reports, making KPI-based business decisions, and managing budgets Organizational Excellence You excel in organizing, leading, and motivating teams across locations and disciplines, and delivering high standards of customer service Commitment and Travel Your commitment extends beyond opening hours and includes regional traveling. You are authorized to work in the United States without needing a work permit from our company and hold a valid driver's license with a clean record Customer Service and Compliance You are skilled in dealing with premium customers, maintaining high-quality service standards

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or business management training/studies
  • Several years of experience in sales-related management positions, ideally as a location manager, operations manager, or area manager
  • Demonstrate independent and company-oriented action and a high level of self-motivation
  • Skilled in creating reports, making KPI-based business decisions, and managing budgets
  • Excel in organizing, leading, and motivating teams across locations and disciplines, and delivering high standards of customer service
  • Commitment extends beyond opening hours and includes regional traveling
