We are looking for a Director, Data Operations – Paid Marketing to join the Data, Analytics & AI (D&A) organization and lead our data products for paid marketing across a diverse range of paid media channels, including digital advertising, search, sponsored content, pay-per-click campaigns, paid social, and more. The role is responsible for devising, implementing, and assessing strategies related to data product operations—such as data collection, curation, and analytics/AI enablement—in the paid marketing space to support lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This position involves close collaboration with business leaders, campaign managers, data engineers and analysts, and external agencies to support: Data platform enhancement Marketing performance insights Media planning & strategy Proactive, data-driven business decisions The role includes direct interaction with leadership teams across the D&A organization and the Marketing discipline.
