Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in paid social advertising, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-impact paid social programs for performance and/or omnichannel brands.
  • Advanced understanding of social platform algorithms, creative best practices, audience strategies, and attribution considerations.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex performance data.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, Reddit Ads, and YouTube paid formats.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets for performance analysis.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, attribution tools, testing frameworks, and incrementality measurement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Experience hiring and leading diverse teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development Develop and implement comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with brand, performance, and omnichannel business goals.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and emerging channels.
  • Design full-funnel frameworks that connect awareness, engagement, traffic, and sales—both online and in retail locations.
  • Set clear standards for testing, creative strategy, optimization rigor, and campaign hygiene.
  • Campaign Management Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns to achieve ROAS, efficiency, and incremental revenue targets.
  • Lead testing strategies across creative, audience segments, placements, and bidding methodologies.
  • Ensure campaigns follow best practices for platform algorithms, audience signal health, and feed‑supported dynamic ads.
  • Platform Growth & Thought Leadership Serve as the organization’s paid social expert—educating internal teams on platform updates, trends, creative innovations, and measurement shifts.
  • Partner closely with platform reps to unlock new betas, opportunities, and strategic guidance.
  • Develop paid social playbooks, frameworks, and POVs that advance the company’s competitive edge.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting Leverage analytics tools (e.g., platform-native dashboards, GA, MMM/MTA inputs) to track performance and consumer behavior across social channels.
  • Provide clear reporting to senior leadership with insight‑driven recommendations for optimization and growth.
  • Translate performance data into actionable stories that connect media investment to business outcomes (online and in‑store)
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with creative and copy teams to guide social-first storytelling, performance creative best practices, and rapid content iteration.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce, CRM, brand marketing, and retail teams to ensure alignment with product launches, promotions, and omnichannel initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners as needed to scale impact.
  • Compliance Adhere to legal and data privacy requirements across all platforms and partnerships.
