About The Position

Zoetis seeks a strategic leader to build and scale pricing strategy capabilities across the U.S. Companion Animal & Diagnostics. You will lead a team of five analysts to develop lifecycle and segment-informed pricing strategies, ensure disciplined execution, and maximize price realization and margin. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Operations to embed pricing best practices and align with senior leadership priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in pricing strategy, commercial analytics, or related roles, including leadership of high-performing teams; animal health/pharma/regulated industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and financial acumen; excellent communication and stakeholder influence; proven team leadership; familiarity with pricing in regulated markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop four pricing strategy analysts; set objectives, establish best practices, and build a high-performance culture.
• Create and continuously refine portfolio and brand-level pricing strategies aligned to product lifecycle, portfolio role, customer segmentation, and channel economics.
• Review and validate analyses and recommendations; ensure data-driven decision-making and business impact.
• Champion pricing capability building and talent development within the function; codify processes and playbooks.
• Drive cross-functional adoption of pricing guardrails; influence Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Operations to deliver outcomes.
• Advise senior leadership on pricing opportunities, risks, and trade-offs; align initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitive moves; adapt strategies to protect margin and grow share.
