The North America Product Client Strategy and Solutions organization is responsible for bringing best in class payment solutions to market that support the business needs of Visa's US client base, including issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants, and technology partners. Within this organization, the Director Product - Client Strategy and Solutions will be a key member of the team responsible for all client-facing activities with Visa’s Enabler, Merchant and Fintech client segments. The scope of the team spans across all Visa products – core and value-added services. Responsibilities of the team include: Socializing and evangelizing Visa's product strategy, roadmap and benefits to clients within the Enabler, Merchant, Fintech client segments. Understanding client business needs and priorities, defining client solution business requirements, and working with both regional and global product development teams to shape and prioritize product roadmap. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and client stakeholders to maintain an ongoing understanding of client challenges, opportunities and needs across their payments operations. Educate and empower the broader sales organization on Visa products and strategy. Collaborate cross-functionally to bring one unified Visa Product voice to account executives and clients. Deliver regular thought leadership on payment product topics to internal sales partners and external clients. Utilize the voice of the client to inform and influence the Visa product roadmap. Client solutions is measured by the success of product or initiative adoption by Visa's clients and the net impact to Visa's payment volume and OKRs. The Director Product - Client Strategy & Solutions will oversee special projects across multiple clients and serve as the main contact for specific clients regarding key Visa Product matters. This position is based out of San Francisco, CA and reports into the Senior Director, Head of Client Strategy and Solutions, Enablers, Merchants and Fintechs. This is a hybrid position.
