  • Proven expertise with Agile product development, discovery methods, and design thinking; high fluency in business case creation, design-thinking, PRD creation, experimentation / A/B testing, and driving Go-To-Market processes.
  • Differentiated ability to partner with development, design, research, go-to-market, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional product and results

  • Specific experience with Subrogation is ideal, but not required.
  • Familiarity with claims core systems, document/intake services, third-party data (e.g., police reports, MVR, telematics), and integration patterns (APIs, eventing).

Responsibilities

  • Set strategy & vision: Define a compelling product strategy and north star outcomes for Subrogation (identification → pursuit → resolution), aligned to carrier ROI (recovery $, net loss ratio impact), efficiency (touch/time per file), and quality (error rate, dispute rate).
  • Own the roadmap: Build and continuously refine a prioritized roadmap across core capabilities (auto‑ID, rules/ML triage, liability insights, negotiation/offer management, arbitration support, payments, and partner APIs). Translate strategy into clear OKRs and delivery plans.
  • Ship valuable outcomes: Lead discovery, validation, and delivery of new features and products—writing business cases, success metrics, PRDs, and experiment plans; partner with Design and Engineering through launch and iterative optimization.
  • Harness data & AI: Use CCC data assets and partner datasets to improve identification accuracy, estimate recovery probability, and recommend next best actions. Establish dashboards that show lift in recovery dollars, cycle‑time, and cost‑to-collect.
  • Integrate the ecosystem: Deeply integrate with carrier claims platforms, SIU/anti‑fraud signals, payments providers, document/e‑signature tools, and third‑party data sources (police reports, policy/coverage verification, telematics, images).
  • Champion the customer: Engage frequently with carrier subrogation leaders, claim operations, legal/arbitration teams, and vendor partners to uncover needs, test concepts, and turn insights into scalable solutions.
  • Influence & align: Partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, Legal/Compliance, and Marketing to ensure successful launches, pricing/packaging, enablement, and adoption. Present roadmap and results to executive leadership.
  • Be a player‑coach: Mentor and develop a team of two product managers by introducing best practices, providing ongoing coaching, and modeling strategic product management.
