Technology and a rapid test-and-learn methodology are applied to nearly all of our business challenges. The team has a flat organizational structure that emphasizes clear ownership, small teams, and leverage through technology. We are looking for a Product Director to join our team to improve and integrate new product and revenue opportunities with our merchant partners, and drive cross-functional execution within Shopping. This Product Director will have a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI. While formal on-the-job experience with AI is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated AI into their personal projects, explored AI-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot), or built automations using AI agents. Show us how you've used AI to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation. Role Description: In this role, you will be a key driver of business growth - owning all aspects of the team, technology, and tooling that onboards and activates merchant relationships across Shopping’s suite of product experiences:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in Digital Product Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis
  • At least 5 years experience working with SQL
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice To Haves

  • At least 8+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
  • At least 8+ years of experience in a high growth/startup technology environment, strategy consulting, or investment banking
  • At least 8+ years of experience working directly with software engineering departments to build tooling and processes to support and scale new product experiences

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with engineering in an individual contributor and cross-functional leadership capacity to design and build optimized consumer incentive and reward experiences
  • Manage the day-to-day operations and engineering execution of directly owned and supporting teams to iteratively launch and test new experiences
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, exhibiting data and market backed judgment from ideation through to launch
  • Own the business case, prioritization, and monitoring for the product experiences under your purview, building a suite of operational reports and models using SQL, Excel, and financial modeling to drive optimal investment decisions
