Roku is seeking a Director of Productivity Engineering to lead the strategy, design, and evolution of our enterprise productivity ecosystem. This leader will shape how thousands of employees collaborate, execute, and make decisions by optimizing the systems, workflows, and digital environments that power daily work. This is a highly strategic role operating at the intersection of technology, employee experience, and operational effectiveness. You will be responsible for building a measurable productivity capability — leveraging data, AI, and modern workplace platforms to reduce friction, improve focus, and unlock organizational capacity. Productivity is a strategic lever for scaling the business. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who understands that productivity is not driven by tools alone, but by intentionally designing how work happens. For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $350,000 - $474,600 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
