About The Position

The Director of Program Management is responsible for end-to-end delivery of wearable GPS electronic monitoring systems for government, pre-trial, and corrections customers. This role ensures programs are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, security, and regulatory requirements. This position is an in-office position, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of program or project management experience delivering complex technology products
  • Proven experience with designing, developing and manufacturing connected devices, wearables, IoT, or electronic monitoring systems
  • Experience supporting government or regulated customers
  • Demonstrated experience managing logistics, supply chain, or field deployment operations within hardware manufacturing sphere
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cost, schedule, scope, and risk

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in electronic monitoring, corrections technology, or public safety systems
  • Experience with GPS-enabled or sensor-based wearable platforms
  • PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional programs covering hardware, firmware, software, and operational deployments
  • Own program plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and execution metrics
  • Translate government, regulatory and customer-specific requirements into executable program deliverables
  • Serve as senior program interface with vendors, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead multiple concurrent programs across new product introductions (NPI), product enhancements, regulatory updates, and customer-specific deployments
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement
  • Build and manage scalable program management processes and tools
  • Ensure seamless coordination between hardware vendors, suppliers and manufacturers
  • Manage logistics coordination including manufacturing readiness, inventory planning, device provisioning, and customer deployments
  • Communicate program status, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to both internal leadership and external stakeholders
