Director, Provider Experience
About The Position
The Director of Provider Experience is accountable for designing, owning, and continuously improving the end-to-end experience of clinical providers across the organization. This role ensures that providers feel supported, developed, and engaged from their first interaction with the organization through long-term growth and retention. This leader sets the enterprise vision for provider experience and partners closely with executive leadership, clinical operations, and people teams to translate that vision into scalable programs, processes, and behaviors. The Director of Provider Experience plays a critical role in enabling high-quality patient care by creating an environment where providers can do their best work and build meaningful, sustainable careers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare, provider-facing roles, workforce leadership, or experience design.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the clinical environment and provider needs.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
