About The Position

This role offers a strategic opportunity to lead and optimize sales operations for a dynamic, multi-location commercial organization. The Director of Regional Sales Operations will drive sales process execution, forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and CRM compliance across the region. Acting as a key partner to sales leadership, you will provide insights, analytical support, and operational structure to improve productivity and predictability. You will implement standardized processes, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide revenue operations strategies. Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles supporting field sales organizations.
  • Proven experience driving regional sales process execution, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret pipeline trends, forecast performance, and productivity metrics.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, Qlik).
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with discipline, attention to detail, and strategic focus.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain standardized sales processes across the regional commercial teams, including pipeline stages, forecast categories, and CRM hygiene.
  • Conduct process inspections, address gaps, and support onboarding of new sellers and leaders to ensure consistent execution.
  • Facilitate weekly forecasting processes, maintain data integrity, and prepare region-specific forecasts and insights for leadership reviews.
  • Monitor pipeline health, analyze deal trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve forecast accuracy and sales predictability.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports on KPIs, bookings, pipeline coverage, and sales performance to support strategic decision-making.
  • Optimize CRM workflows, conduct audits, troubleshoot system issues, and drive adoption of sales tools and analytics platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Marketing, and Strategy to resolve operational challenges and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
