Director, Residential Development, Marketing & Sales - Americas The Director, Residential Development, Marketing & Sales, Americas plays a critical role in shaping the success of Four Seasons Private Residences across the region. This role oversees the day-to-day management of development projects from early-stage planning through launch and sell-out, serving as the primary point of contact for development partners and ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and in line with commercial objectives. The Director works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to advance key project milestones, drive marketing and sales execution, and optimize performance across the portfolio. Acting as the lead across projects, this role ensures alignment between Four Seasons brand standards, developer priorities, and sales outcomes.
