Through our growing MSO, PracticeCore, and strategic partnerships, we are building a scalable, forward-thinking platform to support providers and deliver exceptional patient care. About the Role CNSA is seeking a strategic, forward-thinking leader to oversee and transform the full revenue cycle while helping scale our growing Management Services Organization (MSO), PracticeCore. This is a high-impact role at the center of our organization - driving financial performance, operational excellence, and innovation in a complex, procedure-driven environment. You’ll partner closely with executive leadership and physicians to shape strategy, optimize outcomes, and support the continued growth of both CNSA and our MSO platform. As Director, Revenue Cycle Management, you will: Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations, from patient access through final payment Set and execute strategies to improve cash flow, reduce denials, and optimize reimbursement Partner with executive leadership, physicians, and operational teams to drive performance and align on financial goals Use data and analytics to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement Lead and develop high-performing, multi-site RCM teams Drive adoption and optimization of systems, tools, and automation across the revenue cycle Manage payer relationships and support contract performance and reimbursement strategy Play a key role in scaling CNSA’s MSO (PracticeCore), including expanding services, onboarding new partners, and enhancing overall value Bring forward-thinking ideas around analytics, automation, and evolving healthcare trends to keep the MSO competitive and innovative Complete other tasks or projects as needed or assigned Requirements About You You are a strategic and collaborative leader who knows how to balance big-picture thinking with operational execution. If this sounds like you and you have the following qualification, the Director, Revenue Cycle Management role may be a great fit: 8–12+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue cycle management within a medical group, surgical specialty, or health system Deep expertise in billing, coding, reimbursement, and payer dynamics Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency and support growth Proven success leading and developing multi-site teams, with a focus on engagement, performance, and retention Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making Experience implementing process improvements, systems, or automation within the revenue cycle Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalant combination of education and experience If you have the following preferred qualifications, you may be the ideal candidate for this role: Master's degree in a relevant field CPC Certification MSO experience

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue cycle management within a medical group, surgical specialty, or health system
  • Deep expertise in billing, coding, reimbursement, and payer dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency and support growth
  • Proven success leading and developing multi-site teams, with a focus on engagement, performance, and retention
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Experience implementing process improvements, systems, or automation within the revenue cycle
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalant combination of education and experience
