The Director of Revenue Management is a senior commercial leader responsible for defining and executing Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) Segment revenue management capabilities. This role owns pricing strategy and execution, contract management, rebate and commercial contract management, and revenue management platforms (CPQ+), while leading strategic transformation initiatives that improve profitable growth, commercial effectiveness, scalability and revenue growth. This leader partners closely with Sales, Divisional Commercial Operations, Commercial Excellence, IT, and Legal to ensure revenue policies, systems, and governance enable disciplined growth and margin expansion.
