About The Position

TouchTunes is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to help power the next phase of growth for our sales organization. The Director, Sales Enablement is responsible for developing and executing strategies, tools, and programs that enable sales teams to achieve revenue goals. This role drives alignment across sales, marketing, product, and operations to improve sales efficiency, strengthen customer engagement, and support sustainable revenue growth. If you enjoy building scalable programs, translating data into action, and helping sales teams perform at their best, this role is for you. The Director will play a key part in helping our sales organization continue to grow our exciting entertainment and technology products in a dynamic and competitive market.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales operations
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales environments and distribution channels
  • Experience building programs that improve sales productivity and performance
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Enablement Strategy
  • Develop and execute enablement initiatives that support company growth and sales performance.
  • Identify opportunities through data, market insights, and sales feedback.
  • Build Programs that Improve Sales Performance
  • Design and deliver enablement programs that improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Optimize sales processes to reduce friction and improve the customer journey.
  • Equip Sales Teams with the Right Tools & Content
  • Partner with marketing to develop sales collateral, pitch materials, and customer-facing resources.
  • Ensure teams have easy access to playbooks, case studies, scripts, and product resources.
  • Leverage Data to Drive Results
  • Translate complex sales data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards that highlight performance trends and opportunities.
  • Partner Across the Business
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, product, marketing, database, and sales operations to align messaging, launches, and initiatives.
  • Enable Through Training & Development
  • Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for sales teams.
  • Coach teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and tools that improve outcomes.
  • Optimize Sales Tools
  • Work with Sales Operations to ensure CRM and engagement tools support the sales workflow.
  • Help manage quarterly and annual sales campaigns.
