Huge opportunity alert: we're currently seeking a Director of Sales. Who we're after: a born leader and a natural collaborator, with the business acumen to optimize guest engagement and financial performance, and the experience to do it in a luxury space. You'll need to be a pro at prioritizing, a proven seller (obviously), and a role model by example-flexible, enthusiastic and forward-looking. Responsibilities

  • Optimize guest engagement and financial performance.
  • Lead and inspire the Sales and Marketing Team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
  • Meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in hospitality sales.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of hospitality sales.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to meet operational demands.
