About The Position

As a Director, Salesforce Delivery, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimization of the organization’s Salesforce platform and related ecosystem. Your role will include overseeing a team of Salesforce Administrators, developers, architects, and delivery managers to ensure high-quality solutions that enable business functions. The leader partners with business stakeholders translate strategic priorities into delivery roadmap, ensuring Salesforce capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing delivery teams.
  • Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce platform capabilities.
  • Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Experience managing vendor and implementation partner relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the multi-year Salesforce platform strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives including enhancements, integrations, and new capabilities.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Salesforce delivery team including admins, developers, analysts, and architects.
  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other business systems and ensure successful system upgrades and updates.
  • Serve as the primary IT leader supporting Salesforce-enabled business capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain Salesforce governance including architecture standards, development practices, and security controls.
  • Ensure consistent delivery practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and release governance.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into technical solutions.
