We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Service Delivery General Management - M4 to join our Service Delivery team. This role is located in Boston, MA In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Manage multiple unit areas within Service Delivery, ensuring integration and quality standards are met and exceeded Execute business plans and contribute to the development of the functional strategy Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize individual and team contributions and professional growth Develop, recommend, negotiate, and implement Service Delivery policies, processes, and services for assigned areas Resolve complex issues and develop process improvements to enhance efficiencies Participate in long-term or strategic planning, including department structure and resource allocation Manage financial and human resources responsibilities for multiple teams through subordinate managers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced/graduate degree preferred
  • 10-15 years of total work experience preferred, with at least 3-5 years in management
  • Service delivery experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead multiple teams and manage complex operational functions
  • People leadership experience with a focus on staff development and team effectiveness
