Your Role at impact.com: We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Social Media Director to lead and expand our global social media presence. This role is a true player/coach: you’ll set the strategy, create and ship content, and lead a growing team of social media professionals based in Cape Town. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end social strategy across channels—brand, product, executive, and campaign-driven—while building scalable systems, strong creative standards, and clear performance metrics. This is a high-visibility role that partners closely with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Comms, and Demand.
