The Director, Strategic Marketing & Communications is responsible for leading and setting specific marketing strategies that build brand consistency and overall market growth. This position shows tangible results of marketing initiatives with expert knowledge of data utilization, market assessment, new product development and launches, marketing strategy, customer relationship management (CRM), innovations in digital marketing, and implementation and measurement. Each Strategic Marketing Director is accountable for a large scope of the OSF continuum of care with connection to OSF Marketing and Communications leadership as well as to a regional CEO or senior executive of a business unit such as ambulatory, hospital, OnCall or Innovation. The Director is part of their scope's administrative team and strategic planning team.
