Director Strategic Sourcing (IT)
About The Position
As a Director Strategic Sourcing here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the procurement strategy and initiatives to achieve cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will lead a team of procurement professionals, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and establish strong supplier relationships. You will report directly to our Sr. Director Strategic Sourcing and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the financial performance of the business through the delivery of cost savings, working capital improvement, and supplier performance. You will be responsible for developing and executing annual and strategic procurement plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
