YouTube | X | Instagram | LinkedIn | News As the Director, Supply Operations, you are responsible for developing and implementing scalable processes for Supply Chain and Purchasing to create efficiencies across the organization. You will formulate strategy, document processes and procedures, improve performance to ensure the procurement and distribution of material resources are efficient and scalable. Building and mentoring a global team to increase the quality of customer service and improve best practices across all levels.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, allocation, and downstream material flow through manufacturing, depots, retrofits, and field support.
  • Strong understanding of inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment strategies, min/max modeling, and service-level optimization in complex, multi-site environments.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and scale operational systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Expertise in logistics operations, including domestic and international shipping, receiving, trade compliance, customs regulations, and optimization of freight and duty costs.
  • Experience establishing strategic and operational objectives, managing budgets and forecasts, and defining, tracking, and improving KPIs and quality metrics.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of partnering effectively with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Support teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end (“farm to fork”) parts lifecycle, including planning, sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, allocation, and downstream flow through manufacturing, spares depots, retrofits, and support bases.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve operational systems, processes, and best practices to drive efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage inventory planning, replenishment strategies, min/max levels, and forecasting.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Manufacturing, and Support teams to create forecasts and translate them into parts availability and to enable proactive spares and service programs.
  • Establish strategic and operational objectives, manage budgets and forecasts, and monitor KPIs and quality controls across production and inventory operations.
  • Lead a high-performing, Supply Chain Operations team that tackles logistics, trade compliance, and customs optimization across all parts flows.
  • Maintain a high-level view of all spares inventory levels and ensure material readiness for manufacturing, retrofits, and field support.
