Responsible for the operation and conduct of table games and keno/simulcast in accordance with gaming regulations and internal controls. Functions as Casino Manager in accordance with regulatory requirements. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: Manager Casino Games Shift Administrator Casino Atlantic City Operations KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Direct team members in accordance with policies and policies and procedures and the efficient operation of all table games Responsible for providing an outstanding gaming experience/environment As designated company Compliance Officer, must be thoroughly knowledgeable with respect to the Casino Control Act, its attendant regulations and internal controls Prepare reports on the status of each shift, including level of morale, technical skill levels of employees, staffing requirements and recommended instructions Ensure that cash transactions over $10,000 during one gaming day are recorded and submitted according to policy Assist in the development of casino policies, ensuring compliance with government and company regulations and requirements Appropriately handle difficult circumstances that may arise on the casino floor in a constructive and business-like manner, balancing the interest of the guest, employee and company Regularly engage with guests as they play in a positive, enthusiastic manner in order to build new and cultivate existing relationships Responsible for the achievement of customer service objectives and return visits of profitable customers EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: General business and accounting knowledge. Broad knowledge of casino games, rules, procedures and regulations. Experience dealing on all games. Prior supervisory experience, preferably within the Table Games department. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication, supervisory and organizational skills Proven ability to direct and motivate employees WORK ENVIRONMENT: Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
