About The Position

The Director of Talent Acquisition is a critical leadership role responsible for the strategic design and operational execution of the organization's recruitment function. This individual will lead a high-performing team to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent across all levels of the organization. The Director will act as a primary advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, employer branding, and talent market trends, ensuring that the acquisition strategy aligns with long-term business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of progressive Recruiting experience, including 5 years managing people.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in high-growth environments, including experience spanning software, clinical and contact center roles preferred.
  • Proven track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Recruiting Leadership & Planning
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy that optimizes the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Headcount Planning: Collaborate with Finance and Senior Leadership to facilitate annual headcount planning and ensure the recruitment team is positioned to meet organizational growth targets.
  • Seasonal Modeling: Design and manage scalable hiring models to address seasonal staffing fluctuations and operational demands.
  • Executive Recruitment & Talent Branding
  • Executive Search: Personally manage full-cycle recruitment for leadership positions, ensuring a high-touch experience for senior candidates.
  • Employer Value Proposition (EVP): Partner with the Marketing and People teams to define and amplify the employer brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling candidate experience.
  • Candidate Experience: Establish and maintain rigorous standards for candidate engagement to enhance the organization’s reputation in the talent market.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition team, providing mentorship, performance coaching, and professional development opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for the recruiting team to drive accountability and results.
  • Data, Analytics & Technology
  • Performance Metrics: Utilize data-driven insights to communicate hiring progress and pipeline health to stakeholders. Leverage analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Vendor & Tech Management: Partner with HR Operations to evaluate, implement, and manage the recruitment technology stack (ATS, CRM, AI tools) and external search firm relationships.
