About TMRW Sports: (pronounced “tomorrow sports”)?? Founded by Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, and sports executive Mike McCarley, TMRW Sports is focused on building modern approaches in sports, media, and entertainment. In creating new leagues for a new age, TMRW Sports is forging pathways and experiences for generations of fans. TMRW Sports’ first project, TGL presented by SoFi, a primetime, team golf league in partnership with the PGA TOUR, debuted in 2025 in more than 150 countries and territories and was described as a “high-energy arena spectacle” by Vanity Fair, “pure entertainment” by GQ, and “golf’s boldest new venture” by Fast Company. In partnership with the LPGA, WTGL will feature teams of the world’s best women golfers and is targeting a winter 2026-27 launch. TMRW Sports is supported by an influential and diverse investor group of athletes, celebrities, and business leaders from the worlds of sports, media, technology, and finance. Job Summary: Team Marketing & Business Operations sits at the intersection of the TGL & WTGL League Office and the existing (and future) TGL & WTGL teams, helping to create an ecosystem in which all parties can build successful brands and optimize revenue. This position will play an important role on this team by managing and developing supporting team members, leading analyses, surfacing best practices, and working closely with League & teams’ personnel. This is a highly visible position offering opportunities to work across various internal teams and represent TMRW Sports externally with team owners, partners, and others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 10 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, data and analytics
  • Experience working with teams through a full-time role at a major professional sports league (e.g., NFL, NBA, MLB, etc.)
  • Proven success leading and developing a team of employees
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal/external stakeholders and senior executives
  • Expert time management skills and the ability to work within tight timelines on numerous concurrent projects
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with extra focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Python)

Responsibilities

  • Act as day-to-day point of contact for all current and future TGL and WTGL teams
  • Serve as a key resource for Teams and TGL/WTGL stakeholders across multiple areas of Teams’ businesses through regular meetings and events
  • Lead compilation of data and reporting to benchmark Team performance across key areas of the business (e.g., ticketing, merchandise, sponsorship, etc.)
  • Manage reporting for the Team performance scorecard, collaborating with stakeholders across Teams and the TGL League office
  • Lead the creation of case studies and best practices of Team business operations
  • Support the creation of materials for leadership meetings (e.g., TGL Board of Governors, Team leadership meetings)
  • Serve as a point of contact between Teams and TGL/WTGL staff on matchday-related activities, including events, partnerships, player relations, content capture, and more
  • Collaborate on ad hoc projects and contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively seek solutions, even in the absence of formal training resources or job aids
