As Director, Teamship District Partnerships, you will lead the charge to bring Teamship to students across your region. You will operate with significant ownership, managing district and school partnerships across a defined U.S. region and set of priority focus states. You will oversee the full lifecycle from prospecting to renewal and expansion. This is not a transactional sales role. Teamship is redefining how districts deliver high-quality work-based learning at scale. You will build markets, shape state strategy, and partner directly with district leaders to reimagine how students experience career-connected learning. You will develop pipelines from the ground up, craft compelling value propositions, and help districts solve real implementation challenges. You will be responsible for generating new sales, onboarding new partners, strengthening retention, and expanding impact year over year. Success in this role means more students gaining access to Teamship and developing durable skills that will shape their futures.
