This role is in support of the SigniFi Organization. It reports to the Corporate Business Technology (CBT) Finance EPM Product Group Leader and plays a key role in shaping enterprise planning and forecasting capabilities across the organization. This position leads the technical strategy for Enterprise Performance Management, with a focus on Planning and Forecasting. The Director partners closely with FS&T business stakeholders to guide planning cycles and investments that support business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. The Director owns the Anaplan product end to end, including the product vision, roadmap, and ongoing evolution. Success in this role requires strong knowledge of Anaplan, a solid understanding of planning and forecasting processes, and the ability to advise senior leaders on technology investments that improve performance and scalability. Familiarity with industry ‑ standard EPM practices is preferred. This role requires strong communication and influencing skills. The Director translates business needs into technology capabilities and works across teams to align solutions with desired business outcomes. The Director also leads and develops a geographically distributed team. This includes shaping the organizational structure, supporting team growth, and creating an environment that enables high performance and continuous development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience across business and IT roles, with people leadership experience required
  • Experience establishing or leading a Run State organization, ideally within a DevOps model
  • In-depth experience with supporting budgeting and planning cycles using Anaplan as a technology
  • Experience across the full product development lifecycle, including Agile delivery
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across levels and regions

Responsibilities

  • Understand Business Needs Partner with FS&T stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into clear value cases and solution requirements. This includes process, technology, data, governance, compliance, and user experience, supported by defined success metrics.
  • Build Strong Partnerships Serve as the primary CBT partner for FS&T and BU Finance. Collaborate with Technology Product Owners and other stakeholders to define, refine, and manage complex requirements through user stories and use cases. Communicate roadmaps, dependencies, and delivery timelines clearly and consistently.
  • Lead Product Strategy Own the product strategy and roadmap for Anaplan supporting Enterprise Performance Management (Planning and Forecasting). Ensure alignment with organizational goals and evolving business needs.
  • Measure Value and Performance Define and track product and team metrics, including business value realization, customer satisfaction, product health, team engagement, and product maturity. Use data to guide decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with CBT, Business, and Technology Services teams to deliver innovative solutions. Partner with vendors and external organizations to influence product enhancements and future capabilities.
  • Apply Industry and Technology Insight Stay informed on industry trends, business processes, enterprise architecture, and development practices. Apply this knowledge to strengthen existing solutions and inform strategic decisions.
