About The Position

Director, Technology Delivery Leader - Workplace Investing The Role As the Technology Delivery Leader, you have a deep Scaled Agile understanding with a skill for coordinating large and sophisticated workstreams across an organization. You are deeply committed to the quality and value delivered to our customers by ensuring proven planning practices are in place, execution of the work is well-coordinated, and owning the delivery all the way to production. You have an Agile mindset while modeling the Agile principles, Scrum values and ensuring work is happening within the Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework. You will communicate and collaborate closely with Squad Leaders/Product Owners, Product Area Leaders/Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Chapter Leaders/People Managers, Architects, and other Stakeholders to ensure dependencies are managed, impediments are removed or escalated and there is visibility into the work being done and how the program is performing. You will ensure technical and quality best practices are followed as well as help coordinate large end-to-end testing efforts and release management for your workstream. You are dedicated to ensuring we are working in the most effective and efficient ways, continuously looking for ways to improve the way we work while also coaching, teaching, and mentoring others on Agile and Scaled standard methodologies. Technical Expertise Leads release management practices within the initiative to support the larger solution. Supports end-to-end testing coordination within the workstream in support of the larger solution. Planning and Execution Accountable for orchestration of planning preparation and execution of Quarterly Planning activities for the initiatives. Continuously look for ways to improve the way the initiative is performing through Inspect and Adapt, Observations and use of data. Lead the WI Technology Portfolio of firm wide critical initiatives ensuring accountability, transparency, and effective execution for all WI Technology deliverables. Communication and Collaboration Ensure delivery goals are clearly articulated and understood across the initiatives and how they deliver on the expected outcomes. Communicate delivery plans, coordinate roadmap adjustments, and provide visibility and clarity into plans and progress. Provide updates to leadership on status of workstream including progress, risks, challenges, achievements, and metrics. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s Degree/Undergraduate Degree 7+ years of experience working in a Software Development Agile Environment 3+ years of experience as an RTE, Delivery Lead or similar Scaled Agile Role Incident Management experience preferred Scaled Agile Certification preferred (ex: SAFe, Scrum@Scale) Strong systems thinking and can see the end-to-end picture and how your work fits into that. Excellent communication and people-interaction skills and can rapidly build trust and positively influence others at all levels of the organization. Effective facilitator and can brainstorm with the team to generate solutions and map out plans for delivering work. Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to handle ambiguity. Strong executive presence with the ability to optimally connect with other leaders, influence others, and inspire change. Problem solver who can bring others together to take on complex challenges. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Undergraduate Degree
  • 7+ years of experience working in a Software Development Agile Environment
  • 3+ years of experience as an RTE, Delivery Lead or similar Scaled Agile Role
  • Strong systems thinking and can see the end-to-end picture and how your work fits into that.
