About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a Director of Business Content Strategy to lead content strategy for Labcorp.com. This leader will shape how healthcare providers, biopharma partners, employers, and consumers understand and engage with Labcorp’s solutions across the full continuum of care and innovation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex scientific, clinical, and commercial concepts into compelling digital experiences that drive awareness, conversion, and long‑term loyalty.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success developing content for healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or biopharma audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 or more years of experience in the diagnostic or biopharma industry.
  • Current or previous Labcorp experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own a unified content strategy on Labcorp.com that supports Labcorp’s diagnostics, drug development, and other businesses.
  • Develop frameworks that articulate Labcorp’s value across diverse audiences — from clinicians and researchers to consumers seeking accessible health insights.
  • Establish governance models that ensure consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with brand and marketing leaders to ensure content reflects Labcorp’s mission, vision, and strengthens our position as a global healthcare innovator.
  • Oversee content and experiences that support clinical decision making, test selection, and provider workflows.
  • Collaborate with medical and scientific experts to translate complex diagnostic information into clear, actionable digital content.
  • Optimize test catalog content, solution pages, and clinical resources to improve discoverability and provider engagement.
  • Shape content that communicates Labcorp’s end‑to-end drug development capabilities, from early‑stage research to post‑market support.
  • Partner with scientific, regulatory, and commercial teams to develop thought leadership, case studies, and solution narratives that resonate with biopharma decision makers.
  • Ensure content supports lead generation, RFP readiness, and strategic account growth.
  • Oversee content architecture and user journeys across Labcorp.com.
  • Use analytics, SEO insights, and customer research to drive continuous improvement and identify new content opportunities.
  • Lead personalization initiatives that tailor content to specific industries, clinical specialties, consumer needs, and decision maker roles.
  • Work closely with clinical, scientific, commercial, and product teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business priorities.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure digital content supports pipeline acceleration and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and regulatory teams to uphold healthcare communication standards.
  • Oversee creation of high‑impact content including solution pages, test information, case studies, white papers, thought leadership, and consumer education materials.
  • Ensure content elevates Labcorp’s leadership in diagnostics, drug development, and consumer health.
  • Maintain a scalable content ecosystem that supports global expansion and localization.
