About The Position
As a member of the treatment team, assessment, treatment planning, case management and discharge planning to consumers during their stay. Complies with all documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or in Human Service field
- Must be able to sit, twist, bend, and stand.
- Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year experience as mental health social workers preferred or with 1 year relevant work experience acceptable.
