The Story Behind the Name As one of the most sought-after breeders in the nation, the Antonacci family has been synonymous with racing greatness and integrity for over 50 years. Their involvement as owners and breeders in five Hambletonian Champions with some of the greatest racehorses the sport has ever seen makes them well-known on harness racing's biggest stages. To reflect this proud history, they selected GreatHorse, English for "Gran Cavallo," the title of Leonardo Da Vinci's magnificent horse statue. Position Summary: The Dishwasher is responsible for providing the staff with a safe and clean kitchen area. The Dishwasher also washes dishes, pots, pans, tableware, and cooking equipment.

Requirements

Previous work experience in a restaurant/bar setting.
Multi-tasking abilities
Good oral communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
Have a good attitude and participate as a member of the team.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
Monitor dish machine water temperature, detergent, sanitizer, and chemical levels to ensure a sanitary wash cycle.
Keep the dish machine clean and maintain the cleanliness of dishware.
Properly washes, sanitizes and stores all tableware and kitchenware.
Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the entertainment center.
Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
Keep the dish room, food preparation, and production areas clean and organized.
Maintains reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.
