We are seeking reliable, hardworking Seasonal Dishwashers to support our culinary team during our busy season. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Requirements

  • Restaurant or catering experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely maneuver racks of dishes

Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room and kitchen areas
  • Empty trash and recycling and transport to designated disposal areas
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly and as needed
  • Assist with basic food prep tasks as directed (when time allows)
  • Maintain clean and stocked handwashing and sanitation stations
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Support culinary and service teams during high-volume service periods
  • Close and secure kitchen areas at end of shift as assigned
