About The Position

The Dishwasher is primarily responsible for the orderly cleaning and storage of china, glassware, silver, and related food preparation and cooking equipment, thereby ensuring that sufficient quantities of each exist at all times. The Dishwasher will maintain cleanliness standards that are consistent with the goals and objectives of Arts Alley while meeting or exceeding. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Demonstrate professional and courteous behavior at all times through knowledge of the company culture, organizational structure, and general philosophy · Ensure that Arts Alley food venues are supplied with all clean glassware, china, silver, and other related equipment · Properly operate the automatic dishwasher · Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment, kitchen, work surfaces, and comply with all Company standards and local board of health requirements · Proper floor sweeping and mopping · Manage the physical maintenance of the kitchen and service areas · Ability to work well with a diverse group of people Additional Duties ? Responsibilities

Ensure that Arts Alley food venues are supplied with all clean glassware, china, silver, and other related equipment
Properly operate the automatic dishwasher
Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment, kitchen, work surfaces, and comply with all Company standards and local board of health requirements
Proper floor sweeping and mopping
