About The Position
Dishwashers are responsible for washing and storing all glassware, pots, pans, silverware, and other kitchen equipment. It is the responsibility of the employee to uphold the core values of CCL. The core values are “Is it right for the Club, will it present the Club and/or employee in a positive light, does it have a positive impact on the Club and will it build trust, goodwill and enhance relationships within the Club.” Due to the nature of this position it is impossible to list all things you will be exposed to or ultimately have responsibility for. Because of the fluctuating demands of the club's operation, it may be necessary that each employee perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your position, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other employees are expected to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or as directed. Our goal will always be to do what is right to assist Members, guests and other employees to maximize the success and enjoyment of the Club.
Requirements
- Excellent time management and effective communication skills.
- Attendance Requirements for this position: this is a full time hourly position requiring 5 plus days per week.
- Late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays maybe requirements of this role.
- Knowledge of how to operate any tools and equipment prior to use.
Responsibilities
- Washing and Storage of all glassware, china, and silver
- Washing and Storage of all pots, pans, and large kitchen equipment.
- Removing trash, general cleaning and minimal kitchen prep.
- Responsible for cleanliness of the entire kitchen, back dock, and dumpster area.
- Responsible for personal hygiene.
- Ensure closing procedures are handled properly.
